Reverend Bob Edwards grew up in the suburbs of Chicago.  He came to faith as a teenager and shortly thereafter, found his calling as a pastor while he was still in high school.   Bob's extensive educational background includes a degree in youth ministry from Moody Bible Institute and a Master of Divinity from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Bob was formally ordained in 2002 and has not stopped serving Jesus since.

As a pastor, Bob is able to relate timeless spiritual truths in scripture to modern life.  Bob's teaching style breaks down complex theological concepts into practical steps you can apply immediately. He believes faith should transform how you live Monday through Saturday, not just Sunday morning.

Bob currently works at Aurora Christian Schools in Aurora, IL as the high school Bible teacher.  He finds joy serving as a teacher to young people just beginning their faith journey.

Bob and his wife, Chrissie, live in DeKalb County, Illinois near their five mostly grown children.  In addition to being a dedicated father, Bob is also an active member of the community and enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying his extensive vintage toy collection.
